Doctor Pizza is a genre-blending instrumental band based out of the Detroit area. While each band member has a wide array of musical backgrounds and influences, jazz fusion is the common ground they all relate to very strongly with.
The quartet has been writing material together for the past few years and have an album currently in the mixing process, scheduled to be released in July of 2017. Their live performances can be a mix of originals, covers, jazz standards, or a 100% improvised performance.
